Sales Return & Exchange Policy

SV Cosmetics will give its customers the opportunity to refund or return/exchange a product provided it is in fully resalable condition.

We will deliver online orders within 3 – 5 working days from the date of transaction. Customers will receive a dispatch notification to their registered mobile number upon dispatch of the order. We do not offer returns or exchanges for discounted items.

If an item has any defect or damage, a free replacement will be sent to you. However, if the item is not in stock, you may select a new item of the same value or request a refund.

RETURNS

  • Before sending any returns, you must contact us via our hotline 077 435 8564 and obtain a return code.
  • Returns are accepted within 9 days from the order receipt date.
  • Returns are only accepted for purchases made on our official website.
  • We will not accept return items that have been worn, washed, opened, or altered in any way.
  • Any applicable courier charges must be incurred by the customer unless the item received was damaged or defective.

EXCHANGE

  • You have 7 days from the delivery date to exchange your SV Cosmetics online purchase.
  • Exchanges can only be made for different variants of the same item (e.g., shade, colour, or type) depending on availability.
  • Your request for an exchange will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
  • Items must be in original condition and must not have been opened, used, or altered. All tags, seals, and packaging must remain intact.
  • Once the items have been received, they will undergo a quality review. If approved, your exchange code will be activated for online use.
  • If the purchased item is no longer available, a refund will be arranged via the original payment method.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Return/Exchange can be arranged only after contacting us via email at info@svcosmetics.lk or via our hotline 077 435 8564.
  • Counier will be arranged free of charge only if the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • If we find that the product has not been returned in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange.
  • Change of delivery address cannot be accommodated once the package has been dispatched.
